1. Realize: The saddest part about people who never get to realize their dreams is that it is not a matter of external factors or circumstances, but rather it is a matter of themselves. The Universe wants us all to be successful, to be happy, to have our needs and our dreams met. The door to good fortune, the entrance to changing your life, is always kept open. Some people will spend the course of their life constantly searching for this door. Whether they attempt to find it through external factors and stimulants, or whatever the means, they will continue to miss the key component. And that lies in the simple truth that we, as individuals, are the door. It is through our journey through ourselves that we cross the threshold and reach our highest potential. It is through our thoughts, our words, our choices and our actions, that we either come closer to the door, or that we become lost and lose sight of it. We must tap into our own potential, and to our own realization, that the door is always open for us. We must recognize that we deserve to reach the door, no matter where we are in life. We must believe in our hearts that all that lay on the other side is ours to keep, ours to enjoy and ours to relish in.
2. Prioritize: Anything is possible, and I mean anything. That is only if you choose to make it a priority in your life. When you begin this step in the process of H2CYL, I recommend you take some deep thought and consideration into shuffling through which aspects in your life are the most important to you, but also, what you actually spend your time doing. If the two don’t line up, this is where the work begins. If meditation and yoga is important to you, but you never have enough time to actually do it, wake up 30 mins earlier. If healthy eating is important to you, but you always forget to pack a lunch and grab fast food instead, try meal prepping on your day off, or find a healthy option at a grocery store that’s already pre made for you. If you want to start working out consistently, carve out 30 mins during your lunch break, before work, or even in the evenings after dinner. I can assure you that if something is important to you, you can and you will find a way to make it a priority! Taking care of yourself is just as important as laundry, dishes, housework and your day job, so treat it as such! 🙂
3. Actualize: Once you have come to believe that you deserve to change your life, cross the threshold into your dream life, and prioritize the actions that will help you reach your highest good, you will begin this step. Actualization is the culmination of all of your inner desires, hopes, dreams and aspirations. It is the physical manifestation of what you want. It may not always come exactly as you had imagined, and so one must trust that Spirit (or a Higher Power) had a slightly different plan in mind for you, and because of that it will be better than you ever imagined. I am telling you about this step as someone who has experienced actualization in not just one, but multiple aspects of my life. How? Because I know that in order for dreams to become actual real life entities, one must begin on a course of action alongside Spirit. I recognize that my actions, and what I believe, have power beyond measure, and so I must do my part. I also believe that The Universe truly does want the best for me, and I believe that I deserve my hearts desires, as they are not in vain. When these things come together, their beautiful product is actualization. And I truly hope in my heart that you will experience it too.
