The Mindful Method

Your Coach

At Mindfully Miranda, I offer a holistic approach to health and fitness, while building client relationships that uplift and inspire. The Mindful Studio is a safe, inclusive space where everyone who enters is encouraged to train through their struggles, while embracing their strengths and accomplishments. As a trainer, I believe that mindful movement has the power to transform not only bodies, but entire lives. I have maintained a strong passion for guiding others with their health goals throughout the 10 years I have been in the Health and Fitness industry, and I want to help you too.

The Studio

The Mindful Studio is a private space equipped with cardio equipment, free weights, kettlebells, a power rack, and cables so that no two workouts are the same. As a CanFitPro Certified Personal Trainer (2017), Registered Holistic Nutritionist (2020), Schwinn Certified Spin Instructor (2016), and dotFIT Certified Practitioner (2018), I take a unique approach to health and fitness--encouraging clients to train not only their bodies, but their minds and their souls.

  As a part of the Mindful experience, you will receive your initial 30 minute Fitness and Nutrition Consultation completely free. Upon signing up, you will receive complimentary access to my exclusive workout app, where you can learn exactly what you will be coached to achieve throughout your time with Mindfully Miranda through follow-along workouts. My services include 1-on-1 Personal Training, Small Group Training, Online Personal Training, Virtual Zoom Training, Nutrition Consulting and Meal Planning (included in packages of 5+ sessions).
