For today’s blog post, I wanted to foster in a new segment which will be a teaser to something I have in the works for the near future, Mindful Movement.
I won’t give too much away right now (because who doesn’t love surprises?) but I am very excited to share this simple, effective, gym based workout with you all. Below the workout details, I will list some simple tips as well that can assist in making this an at-home friendly workout. Enjoy!
Back and Biceps // Mindful Movement Upper Body Workout
Bent Over Barbell Rows 4X10 (@ 35lbs)
Superset with: 10 push-ups (regular or assisted)
Wide Grip Lat Pulldown 4X10
Close Grip Lat Pulldown 4X10
Barbell Bicep Curls 4X10 (@ 35lbs)
Incline Bicep Curls using Dumbbells 4X10 (@ 15lbs)
Regular Bicep Curls using Dumbbells 4X10 (@ 17.5lbs)
Concentration Curls using Dumbbells 4X10 (@ 15lbs)
Within this workout I have indicated the weight (either free or stacked) that I would use, but it is by no means necessary to follow directly, as well are all individuals with differing resistances and needs/goals.
To make this workout at-home friendly, simply grab a pair of Dumbbells (weight of your choice) and perform the exercises using the same form.
