Plant Based Eating

For anyone whose ever toyed with the idea of trying a more plant based diet, I wanted to bring you this blog post, does the recipes I will be sharing with you today are some simple ways to get started. You can tweak (or twerk)Β these to suit your needs and wants, which is the real beauty of the simple ingredients featured.

So here we have it, folks!

Revitalizing Green Smoothie
🌱 1/2 cup broccoli florets
🌱 2 stalks celery, chopped
🌱 1 large handful spinach
🌱 juice of 1 lemon
🌱 1 large orange
🌱 1 tumeric capsule (or 1/4 tsp ground)
🌱 1/4 tsp ground ginger or one small section of fresh
🌱 water & ice to blend


Vegan GF Chickpea Cookie Dough Dip
πŸͺ 1 15oz can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed **remove skins and pat dry
πŸͺ 2 Tablespoons Agave (or Honey if not strict Vegan)
πŸͺ 1/3 cup Natural Cashew or Peanut Butter
πŸͺ 1/3 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
πŸͺ 1.5 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
πŸͺ Pinch of salt
πŸͺ Blend all ingredients together in food processor or blender and enjoy!


Glowing Greens Salad
🌱 2-3 cups mixed baby greens
🌱 1/2 cup beans or quinoa
🌱 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
🌱 2 Tablespoons goat cheese
🌱 1-2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Seeds
🌱 Drizzle of balsamic reduction
🌱 Drizzle of olive oil & vinegar, to taste
🌱 Assemble & Enjoy!
