or twerk) these to suit your needs and wants, which is the real beauty of the simple ingredients featured.
So here we have it, folks!
Revitalizing Green Smoothie
🌱 1/2 cup broccoli florets
🌱 2 stalks celery, chopped
🌱 1 large handful spinach
🌱 juice of 1 lemon
🌱 1 large orange
🌱 1 tumeric capsule (or 1/4 tsp ground)
🌱 1/4 tsp ground ginger or one small section of fresh
🌱 water & ice to blend
Vegan GF Chickpea Cookie Dough Dip
🍪 1 15oz can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed **remove skins and pat dry
🍪 2 Tablespoons Agave (or Honey if not strict Vegan)
🍪 1/3 cup Natural Cashew or Peanut Butter
🍪 1/3 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
🍪 1.5 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
🍪 Pinch of salt
🍪 Blend all ingredients together in food processor or blender and enjoy!
Glowing Greens Salad
🌱 2-3 cups mixed baby greens
🌱 1/2 cup beans or quinoa
🌱 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
🌱 2 Tablespoons goat cheese
🌱 1-2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Seeds
🌱 Drizzle of balsamic reduction
🌱 Drizzle of olive oil & vinegar, to taste
🌱 Assemble & Enjoy!
