At Mindfully Miranda, I offer a holistic approach to health and fitness, while building client relationships that uplift and inspire. As a CanFitPro Certified Personal Trainer (2017), and Registered Holistic Nutritionist (2020), I take a unique approach to health and fitness--encouraging clients to train not only their bodies, but their minds and their souls. Over the past 9 years that I have been in the fitness industry I have helped countless individuals adopt these lifestyle changes, and I want to help you too.
The Mindful Studio is a safe, inclusive space where everyone who enters is encouraged to train through their struggles, while embracing their strengths and accomplishments. The Studio is a private space equipped with cardio equipment, free weights, and cables so that no two workouts are the same.
As a part of the Mindful experience, you will receive your initial 30 minute Fitness and Nutrition Consultation completely free. Upon signing up, you will receive complimentary access to my exclusive workout app, Trainer+, where you can learn exactly what you will be coached to achieve throughout your time with Mindfully Miranda through follow-along workouts. My services include 1-on-1 Personal Training, Small Group Training, Online Personal Training, Virtual Zoom/FaceTime Training, Nutrition Consulting and Meal Planning.
